Ricardo Baliardo (7 August 1921 – 5 Nov 2014), better known as Manitas de Plata ("little hands take in silver"), was a French[1]flamenco player of Catalan Gitano descent, aboriginal in southern France.[2]
Life and career
Baliardo was born in a romany caravan in Sète, southern France.[2]
